Shipping
How long will my order take?
We process orders within 1 business day. Once your order ships, delivery takes 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on any order of 3 or more pairs. For a single pair, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.
What if my order is late, lost or arrives damaged?
If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or anything arrives damaged or wrong, email us at info@trydouro.com with your order number (and a photo if something's damaged). We'll sort it out and send a replacement where needed.
Returns & refunds
30-day money-back guarantee
Not the best work sock you've ever owned? Send them back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if you've worn or washed them.
How do I start a return?
- Email us at info@trydouro.com with your order number and the pairs you're returning.
- We'll reply with your return instructions.
- Once your return is approved, we refund you to your original payment method.
When will I get my refund?
We issue refunds within 5 business days of approving your return. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to show on your statement.
1-year guarantee
ShiftShield™ socks are built to last. If a pair wears through within a year of delivery, email a photo to info@trydouro.com with your order number and we'll send you a replacement pair for free. Nothing to mail back.
The guarantee covers holes and wear-through from normal use. It doesn't cover damage from cuts, burns, chemicals or misuse.
